B2B…but make it fun

Standing out in B2B is tough. But B2B customers are people, first and foremost, and in the last few years, people have been really into graphic novels.

Graphic novel sales doubled between 2019–2020, and rose another 65% in 2021, driven by a combination of adult reading habits, manga’s rising popularity, and the pandemic.

To reach out to our audience in a medium they already appreciated, we launched a series of graphic novel-inspired work. Though our client doesn’t publicize customer analytics, their entire team, from the C-suite to the creative director, declared it a fan favorite.

For other projects, where a graphic novella wasn’t the right call, we kept things playful by leaning into pinks, purples, and a rainbow gradient.
